Everything you need to know before booking or for your holiday

Before booking

What type of accommodation are they?

The Residence is made up of apartments for rent. Each apartment is equipped with the equipment and services indicated in the specific sheet.
Some additional services are available on request and may incur a supplement.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, full board, all inclusive?

Since these are apartments, holiday homes, rented, NO meals are served or offered.

Cleaning, bed and bathroom linen, etc
  • The accommodations are supplied with towels and bed linen based on the number of people booked.
  • There is no daily cleaning; each customer is required to independently manage the accommodation.
    Cleaning is done only upon departure.
  • The bed and bathroom linen is changed every 7 nights of the stay, the customer is given clean linen and the dirty one will be returned.
  • There is no cleaning or makeover service for the apartment during your stay.
  • This service is an “extra” and can be requested with a supplement.
    Each apartment is equipped with a broom, dustpan, rag and bucket
  • There are no cleaning products which are the responsibility of the customer
Kitchen - equipment and linen

We invite you to check the equipment sheet of each individual accommodation to see what is included

The kitchens consist of 4 gas burners
Refrigerator with separate freezer
Kitchen equipment (pots, plates, etc) in number of beds
Kitchen linen (tablecloth, rags, etc) is not available and is not provided
There are no cleaning products which are the responsibility of the customer
The barbecue is present in a public area and shared with other apartments
The washing machine is present in a public area and shared with other apartments

Swimming pool, parking, services
  • The swimming pool is free for guests to use
    Sunbeds are available in sufficient numbers and subject to availability
    There are no umbrellas available
  • Parking is free, outside and adjacent to the structure with direct entrance
  • We do not have a beach establishment and it is not possible to book umbrellas and sunbeds but we can provide contact details

Stay

Arrival and departure
  • The accommodations are delivered from 5pm to 8pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure
    For arrivals or departures outside these times please contact us to agree on solutions
    Each customer must provide a valid mobile number to receive whatsup messages
    A damage deposit (credit card or cash) is required and returned on the day of departure
During the stay
  • We are present in the structure at indicated times but available throughout the day via telephone or whatsup for every need
    The offices are operational from 9am to 8pm during which maintenance also operates for every need
    We do not guarantee maintenance interventions reported after 8pm except in emergency cases
    Guests are asked to have a “quiet” time from midnight to 8am

We follow our customer in every need before, during and after the holiday!

Cancellation Policy

From booking to 15 days before arrival – penalty equal to 50% of the stay
From 14 days before arrival – penalty equal to 100% of the stay

Payment in advance will be charged or will be paid the full amount at the time of booking no refundable
When booking a room with a rate indicated as “non-refundable”, please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
